Why “Vexil”?

You found the flag.

The name Vexil (Vek-sil) draws inspiration from the vexillarius, the Roman standard-bearer who carried the vexillum into the field. A vexillum was a flag-like military standard used to identify a unit, communicate direction, and provide a visible rallying point. Amid distance, dust, and confusion, soldiers looked to it to regroup, coordinate, and move forward together.

Vexil Systems serves a modern version of that purpose. When terrain separates responders and breaks radio communication, our systems restore the connection teams need to coordinate safely and effectively.
