Privacy Policy

Vexil Systems ("we", "us") operates vexilsystems.com. This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit. The short version: this site does not track you.
What we collect
This site has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking technology of any kind. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, reason, and message you enter. We use them only to read and reply to your message, and we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is relevant. The message is delivered to our inbox through Resend, Inc., an email delivery service that processes it on our behalf under its own privacy policy (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy). To limit abuse, the form also briefly records the network address the message came from; that record is kept in memory for a few minutes and is not linked to your message.
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes standard technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This appears in short-lived server logs that we do not use to identify visitors. Vercel's own privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If you contact us at contact@vexilsystems.com, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it to reply and keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is relevant. We do not add you to mailing lists.
Legal basis
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process the technical data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing this site, and correspondence on the basis of responding to your request.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising. The only third parties that process visitor data are our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and, for contact-form messages, our email delivery service (Resend).
International visitors
The site is served from a global content delivery network and data is processed in the United States. By using the site you understand that requests are handled on US infrastructure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know and delete; we do not sell personal information as defined there. Because this site collects nothing beyond what is described above, in most cases there is simply nothing on file, but you can always reach us at contact@vexilsystems.com and we will respond.
Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we add analytics or anything else that touches your data, this policy will be updated first and the date above will change.
